Exchange or Return of Goods
Exchange of goods is available when the product sent does not match the product that is ordered. Video of unpacking is necessary to show that the product was sent and purchased from Indovape. We will pay for the shipping cost for returning the goods and send you the correct shipment as your initial order.
If product seal is opened, it is regarded as purchased and it is not able to be returned.
Refund is not available on any products purchased at Indovape.com. By making a purchase you agree to all the terms and conditions.
The product is not accepted for exchange if at least one of the components is missing:
- Device is not in the original box, and the wrap or seal has been tampered;
- A receipt proving the fact of purchase at Indovape.com online store;
- Warranty card;
- An act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
Goods will be exchanged according to your order within the terms established.
